The offsite your team will actually remember.

Your team has done the trust falls. They’ve done the escape room. Here’s something they haven’t done: survived a dragon together.

I’m Steve. I’m a professional Game Master, and I run facilitated Dungeons & Dragons adventures for company teams. Half a day. No experience needed, and that’s the point.

Adult players around a table set with a forest battle map and a walled fort: one moves a model tree, another holds out an open hand, and a third rests a pencil beside a character sheet

What actually happens

Your team sits around a table and becomes a party of adventurers. I guide the story. They make the decisions.

  • Someone scouts ahead.
  • Someone negotiates with the suspicious innkeeper.
  • Someone has a terrible plan that somehow works.

Along the way, they’re communicating, delegating, reading people, and solving problems under pressure. All while laughing.

No rulebooks. No homework. No one needs to know what a d20 is before they walk in.

Why it works

  • Everyone participates.

The game is built so every player matters. The quiet analyst and the loud salesperson both get their moment. Nobody spectates.

  • It’s collaborative, not competitive.

The team wins together or not at all. Sound familiar? That’s the point.

  • It’s memorable.

Nobody bonds over a slide deck. People bond over the time Dave from accounting talked a dragon out of eating the party.

The details

Half-day facilitated session

I bring everything: characters, dice, maps, handouts, and a story tuned to your group. You bring the team and a room with a table.

Tell me your team size and I’ll design the right format. Each session runs up to 8 players, and I can run up to 3 sessions across a full day for larger groups.

Tell me about your team and your timeline, and I’ll get back to you with availability.
